Payment of my order:

Payment confirms your order and therefore the reservation your jewel. Different payment methods are offered : PayPal, bank transfer.
Payment by credit card will be available soon.

Shipment of my order:

The finished jewels are shipped within 3 to 5 working days from the order and its payment.

Your jewels will be sent by "Correos international" from Spain, Andalucia.

Regarding the Custom Jewelry please refer to the description of the art piece you are choosing (Usually between 2 to 4 weeks of production)

Delivery costs for my order:

For Europe, I send all your packages with a tracking number, the shipping cost is 7.50€ . The shipping costs will be free for any purchase over € 200.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped to follow the delivery of the package.

For international shipment, I send all your packages with a tracking number, the shipping cost is 12€ , and free for any purchase over € 250
